Yes. We work with homeowners, general contractors, residential developers, architects and interior designers. A project review can begin with a location, intended millwork scope, target timing and drawings if available.

Our current focus is the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Los Angeles, including San Jose, Silicon Valley, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. Delivery and site coordination are confirmed for the specific project location.

Scope, construction details, materials, finishes and hardware are confirmed per project against the drawings and specifications. Shop drawings and material and finish samples are reviewed before production. Veneer sequence, grain direction, door profiles and integrated details are resolved during this review.

Project development and fabrication have separate schedules. Selected kitchen scopes can be fabrication-ready in as little as 72 hours after final design approval and material confirmation, subject to scope, materials and project conditions. This is not a total project or installation lead time. Other project dates are confirmed in writing per project.

Millwork USA LLC provides custom millwork design-development, manufacturing, supply, delivery coordination and related project services. Installation services requiring a contractor's license are performed under separate agreement by appropriately licensed independent contractors.

Send the project location, room or millwork schedule, plans and elevations if available, material and finish direction, appliance specifications where relevant, and target timing. An incomplete drawing set can still be reviewed to identify the information needed for estimating and production planning.
