You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that burdens our systems, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

We may update, suspend or change website content or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee that every part of the website will always be available or error-free.

Submitting an inquiry, sending drawings, receiving a response or discussing a potential project does not create a construction contract, purchase order, design agreement, exclusivity obligation or commitment by Millwork USA to accept or perform work.

Project scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms, responsibilities, warranties and other commercial terms become binding only when stated in an agreement or other document accepted by the applicable parties.

You represent that you are authorized to provide any plans, drawings, photographs, specifications or other materials you submit to us. You retain any rights you hold in those materials. You authorize Millwork USA to review, copy and internally share them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, coordinate or perform the requested work.

Do not submit confidential information that is unrelated to the project or information you are not authorized to disclose. Project materials are not treated as permission to publish your project or identify you publicly.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Dimensions, materials, finishes, applications and visual references shown on the website are illustrative unless incorporated into a project-specific written agreement.

Licensed or third-party imagery may be used as an atmospheric or category reference and should not be understood as a representation that every depicted space is a completed Millwork USA project. Project-specific representations will be identified as such when authorized.

Millwork USA LLC provides custom millwork design-development, manufacturing, supply, delivery coordination and related project services. Installation services requiring a contractor's license are performed under separate agreement by appropriately licensed independent contractors.

Specific responsibilities for field measurements, site conditions, installation, coordination with other trades and acceptance of work are governed by the applicable project agreement, not by these website terms.

Project-specific liability, if any, is governed by the applicable written project agreement and applicable law.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any project agreement may contain its own governing-law, venue or dispute-resolution terms, which control for that project.
