Scope and coordination
Scope is isolated from adjacent trades and priced with assumptions and exclusions stated, so the millwork line can be carried with confidence.
Installation requiring a contractor's license is performed under separate agreement by appropriately licensed independent contractors. We supply the package, the marked elevations and the coordination.

Plans and elevations, any interior detail sheets, appliance and fixture specifications, finish direction, and the target programme dates.

Send drawings, elevations, specifications, schedules, addenda or site photos. Millwork USA begins proposal preparation from the submitted source package, runs a multi-pass review and keeps final release under human approval.
Target turnaround during business hours for complete, reviewable packages. Complex or incomplete scopes may require clarification.
