How it works
Most of our work reaches us through an architect, designer or builder, and we are comfortable joining a project at any stage — including before the drawings are finished.
We review what exists, confirm the scope, verify dimensions on site, and issue shop drawings for approval. Nothing is made until that set is signed.
What you decide
Species, cut, finish, hardware and lighting are confirmed against physical samples rather than renderings. Where a choice changes cost or schedule, we say so before it is made.
Working with your team
We coordinate directly with your architect, designer and contractor so decisions are made once. Installation requiring a contractor's license is performed under separate agreement by an appropriately licensed independent contractor.
