What we make

One room or a coordinated interior.

Custom kitchens

Cabinetry, islands, full-height storage and appliance interfaces developed around the room, the drawings and the way the kitchen will be used.

Garage cabinetry

Storage cabinets, drawer banks and work surfaces planned around what you keep in the garage, available wall space and the way the room is used.

Architectural wall systems

Wood paneling, feature walls and coordinated wall elevations developed around grain direction, reveals, lighting and access to adjacent services.

Custom-made furniture

Desks, shelving, media furniture and storage pieces developed to suit the room. Dimensions, materials, finishes and built-in or freestanding requirements are reviewed for each project.

Built-ins & media cabinetry

Wall systems, shelving, desks, media cabinetry and integrated storage coordinated with adjacent finishes, lighting and other trades.

Closets, vanities & whole-home cabinetry

Related rooms planned as one millwork package, with a coordinated material palette, hardware and approval process.

How a project moves forward

Resolve the details before fabrication.

  1. 01

    Review the project

Send drawings, the project location, scope and target schedule. We review what is defined and what needs clarification before preparing a proposal.

  2. 02

    Coordinate the details

Field verification, shop drawings, material and finish selections, hardware, appliance dimensions and trade interfaces establish the basis for fabrication.

  3. 03

    Fabricate & coordinate delivery

Production follows final design approval and material confirmation. Delivery and installation responsibilities are agreed for the specific project.

Millwork USA LLC provides custom millwork design-development, manufacturing, supply, delivery coordination and related project services. Installation services requiring a contractor's license are performed under separate agreement by appropriately licensed independent contractors.

Project locations

From Morgan Hill across the Bay Area.

We review projects in Morgan Hill, San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and the surrounding Bay Area. Share the address and scope so we can confirm delivery and site coordination requirements.

Visits to our production base are by arrangement.

Start with the scope

Tell us what you’re building.

Send your plans, location, rooms or assemblies, material preferences and target schedule. We can then discuss scope, open decisions and the next step toward a proposal.
