Scope, materials, finishes and hardware are confirmed per project against the drawings and specifications supplied by the project team.
Construction
Engineered panel cases machined for adjustable internals. Veneered, lacquered or framed fronts. Machined reveals with the dimension confirmed per project. Concealed hinges and soft-close motion throughout.

What does Millwork USA make?
Custom kitchen cabinetry, fitted storage, architectural built-ins and coordinated millwork packages. Manufacturing is based in Morgan Hill, California. Materials, finishes, hardware and the exact fabrication scope are confirmed against your project documents, not inferred from a reference photograph.

Yes. Begin with the rooms involved, project location, approximate dimensions, photographs and target timing. Share drawings and appliance specifications when available. Tell us your budget direction so scope and material options can be discussed before a detailed estimate.
What determines the price and production schedule?
The number and dimensions of cabinets, substrate, visible finishes, hardware, lighting interfaces and site conditions all affect the package. A written proposal should distinguish fabrication, design-development, delivery and installation responsibilities. Production dates are confirmed for the approved scope after drawings and materials are settled; planning guidance is not a fixed-price quote or a reserved production slot.

Bay Area projects are served from Morgan Hill, including San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland. Los Angeles-area projects are reviewed by location, scope and installation requirements. Confirm your project address with us before relying on delivery or installation availability. A completed Los Angeles project is a reference for the work, not a claim of a factory or office in every service city.
