Stages
Project review, scope and specification confirmation, estimate, field verification, shop drawings, material and finish approval, manufacture, quality control, delivery, and installation coordination.
Each stage produces a record the project team can act on. Installation is coordinated with an appropriately licensed independent contractor.
Timing
Two clocks run on a millwork package: project development, which moves at the pace of the project team and the site, and manufacture, which begins only after final approval. For selected kitchen scopes, Morgan Hill fabrication can be ready in as little as 72 hours after final design approval and material confirmation, subject to scope, materials and project conditions. Other project dates are confirmed in writing per project.
